My name is Gayeon Kim (pronounced Gah-Yun Kim), and I am a CG Lookdev Generalist and a senior at the School of Visual Arts. I specialize in look development and lighting, with a focus on creating visually compelling work with a strong sense of story. I enjoy adding detail and narrative through texturing and lighting, crafting visuals that capture and engage viewers.

Outside of my work, I enjoy drawing, painting, watching sports like baseball, and traveling. I often find inspiration in the world around me when I travel, and I love learning about different cultures and languages. I also enjoy discussing films, especially their behind-the-scenes details and alternative endings. Many films have inspired my passion for this field, and I'm a big fan of director Park Chan-wook and his Vengeance Trilogy. I also enjoy reading novels, listening to music, and capturing moments with my film camera.
